God With Us

“Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us.” Matthew 1:23

Of all the incredible names for our God, “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace,” there is none more personally meaningful and historically transformational than that of Emmanuel. Emmanuel is the announcement that our God refused to remain distant. He came down to be with us. Our God became flesh and stepped into our mess so that He could show us who He really is. This is the Christmas miracle. Jesus, the only begotten son of God, came into the darkness of this world to let His light shine forth so that we might find the way to true abundant life in Him.

As we pause to take time and celebrate His coming, take a moment with your family to look with wonder at the miracle of His birth. Consider the personal meaning of Emmanuel. Share with one another what Emmanuel means to you and let His light fill your life and your home afresh and anew.

Jenna and I are truly thankful for our Grace family. We are declaring blessings over you and your home as we close out 2022 and step into 2023. I hear the Lord speaking, “Immeasurably More” in 2023!

Please come join us this weekend on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 24th at 6:00pm for our Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service. This will be a traditional, one hour service filled with Christmas carols, the Christmas story and communion. Childcare is available to 4 years of age. This will be our only service for the weekend. HEALTH is a value of our church family and staff. Our desire for you is to spend Christmas Day with your family in your home celebrating Jesus.

Merry Christmas,

Pastor Daniel, Jenna, Reijah, Caden, Chase and our Church family
