Grace World Storm Update: Campus Closure Info

Greetings to our Grace World family.

As we monitor the approach of tropical storm Elsa, I wanted to give you a quick message to update you on changes to our mid-week schedule for Tuesday. The current track places the worst of the storm just to our west at 2am on Wednesday morning. We expect conditions today to worsen as the storm approaches. With that in mind, we will be closing the office today at 1pm and canceling all campus activities for Tuesday evening.

Assuming that the track continues as forecast, we expect the storm to have moved out of the area by Wednesday afternoon. As of right now, the campus will be open Wednesday evening for our midweek family service.  Ascend, Rangers, GEMS and Grace Groups will be in operation and we will be showing the second episode of The Chosen in the Dome.

As Floridians, we know how to prepare and ride out these storms. It appears that Elsa will have a minimal impact to our area. We pray that this remains the case.

Be safe, check your emergency supplies, and touch base with your friends and family through the storm.  Let us know if you need anything. Remember, we’re always better together!
