Now Playing at Grace World…

We are in a new series here at Grace World during this Christmas season entitled, “Christmas Playlist”. Two weeks ago I gave the history to the classic carol, “Hark! The Herald Angels Sing” or “Hark! How All the Welken Rings” as it was originally written by Charles Wesley.  If you missed that message you can find it here.

This week we are focusing on the story behind one of the most beloved Christmas carols of all time, “Silent Night”.   I believe the song will find new meaning for you this Christmas once you know the meaning behind those powerful words and how it found its way into our hearts and homes over the years.

The Christmas time is a great opportunity to invite family and friends to church. Over the next few weeks there are wonderful ways to share hope and invite hope to come into the lives of those who are dear to your heart.

Our Christmas Celebration Sunday will be December 19th at 10am.  This service will feature special music from our Worship and Creative Arts department, Ascend Students and Grace Kids.  Then, on Friday, December 24th we will have a very special Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion service.

You will not want to miss these special opportunities to keep Jesus at the center.  After all Jesus is the reason for the season.

May you and your family have a rich and blessed Christmas!
