This Sunday is Mother’s Day!

Our mothers are a gift. They demonstrate the love and grace that flows from our God.  Solomon wrote in Proverbs 31:25-30:

“She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come. She speaks with wisdom, and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She watches over the affairs of her household and does not eat the bread of idleness. Her children arise and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praises her: ‘Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.’ Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.”

This Mother’s Day, we want to honor and celebrate our moms for their tireless dedication, their unwavering faith, their selfless love, and the wisdom they impart. Whether you are a mother by birth, through adoption, a spiritual mother, a grandmother, an aunt, or a mentor, we acknowledge and celebrate the significant role you play in shaping lives and hearts. 

This Sunday, we have a special day planned to honor all mothers. We invite you to come make this day special with your family. Jenna will be sharing a powerful message, “Mom, Tell Me A Story.”  We also have a special sweet treat for all our moms and a few surprises.  Let’s come together to appreciate, honor, and pray for these wonderful women who have given so much of themselves to enrich of our lives and our community.
