Our Worship and Creative Arts Department provides multiple opportunities for you to use your talents and abilities to serve the Lord and the house! Those who have chosen to give of their time and talents to this department are considered as leaders. As leaders in this house, the expectation, the responsibility and the standard is lifted higher as you are now an example of Godly leadership the rest of the body of Christ. For this reason, we want to make those expectations clear in order for you to make a wise and prayerful decision about your next steps of serving in this department.

A Note from Pastor Mindy
It is an HONOR to serve at Grace World Outreach Church. I couldn’t ask for a better, more humble, more hungry or more unified team of people to work with.
I was raised in church and the daughter of a pastor and evangelist. I am grateful for the heritage of faith that has been passed on to me. I enjoy music that spans many decades and love pulling from those songs as the Lord directs. I also believe that God is doing something powerful in these last days and He is releasing a NEW sound of worship among His people.

Our expectations can be simplified into five core values that encompass the overall vision of Grace World Outreach Church, our lead pastors and our church leadership:
Presence is Paramount
More than anything, we value and honor the presence of God. Where He moves, we move. While each service is intentionally and prayerfully planned each week, we hold on to those plans with open hands and remain fully yielded to His move at all times. Those who chose to be a part of this team must learn quickly that His presence is paramount and to remain flexible, teachable and open to all that He has for us and the body of Christ.
Humility is Indispensable

Video, audio and lighting play a vital role in our Sunday experience as we cultivate an atmosphere of worship. If you're ready to learn, we will train you!
