We Are One!
I woke up this morning so thankful for all that God did last night at the UNITED Courthouse Prayer Night. Wow!
Our Ascend students along with students across Hernando County brought together multiple churches to pray and contend for revival in our community. We stood on the steps of the Hernando County Courthouse and worshiped Jesus and interceded for our homes, schools, county and country. We declared that we are one church, united in Christ! I can’t wait to celebrate more about this moment with you on Sunday!
Prayer is the place we begin and move from. There are two additional opportunities to gather together in prayer during this critical season.
Saturday, September 26th is a National Day of Prayer and repentance. We will be simulcasting “The Return” from Washington, D.C., from 9am – 9pm in the Dome. You can come for the entire day or come throughout the day.
On that same day there is also a Prayer Walk that will take place from 12pm – 2pm at the Brooksville Common. This will be led by the Hernando County Ministers Association and The Bridge Builders. What a great opportunity to build upon the momentum we saw Wednesday night at the courthouse.
This weekend, whether you are joining us live in the Dome or from your home, we still are one church family. Remember, if you will be joining us in the Dome that we are continuing to follow the recommended CDC procedures. These include:
1 Respect physical distancing.
2 Practice good hygiene.
3 Stay home if you are experiencing flu like symptoms.
4 Wear a mask when you cannot maintain 6 feet distance from another person.
Here at Grace, our message is simply Jesus. Our vision is revival. Our mission is seeing you and your family experience life in all of its fullness. Jenna and I are honored to serve this house. We love you and look forward to seeing you this weekend. There’s truly no place like Grace!
